How I work, in 4 simple steps
Every portrait I create begins with connection. This process is thoughtful, intuitive, and shaped entirely around you. We take our time because something meaningful can’t be rushed. These steps offer a glimpse into how we’ll work together to create something personal and powerful.
01.
1. A Thoughtful
Beginning
We’ll start with a relaxed in-person chat — just the two of us. This is where I get to know you, your ideas, and what really matters to you. Whether it’s colours, wardrobe, or props, we’ll make sure it feels right. It’s not about planning every detail — it’s about building trust before the camera even comes out.
02.
2. Intuitive
Planning
After our conversation, I start shaping your session. I’ll guide you, but I always leave room for spontaneity. My goal is to blend your energy with my creative style so everything feels natural, not staged. When the day arrives, we’ll be ready — but never rigid.
03.
3. The Photo Session
This part is easygoing and unhurried. You don’t need to pose or perform — just be yourself. We’ll take our time, usually around two hours or more if needed. My quiet country studio in Georgetown sets the mood, so you can relax, feel seen, and let real moments happen.
04.
4.Selection and
Finishing
Once the session is done, I carefully edit your images with emotion and artistry in mind. We’ll meet again to choose your favourites, and I’ll help you pick the perfect print options — from fine art paper to modern acrylic. This is where your portrait becomes something you’ll love seeing every day.
My photography sessions are fun, experimental, and immersive, with props and costumes creating a world of their own. For those brave enough to open up, we’ll create timeless portraits to be
Treasured For Generations
Say goodbye to uninspired, generic photo sessions. Embrace the depth of moody, theatrical, and dramatic artistry. Are you ready to see yourself in a whole new light?
