Who owns the rights to the photos you take of me?
Kwaak Photography retains full copyright ownership of all photos taken. Clients are granted a limited license to use high-resolution images for personal purposes upon purchase.
Can I share the photos on social media?
Yes, you can share screen-resolution images on social media. Please credit Kwaak Photography when sharing.
Can I print the photos for personal use?
Web-resolution images are included in the Collections. Kwaak Photography retains the right to produce prints to guarantee quality.
Can I use the photos for commercial purposes, such as promoting my business or products?
Clients may not reproduce, sell, or use the images for commercial purposes without purchasing a license.
Can I edit or alter the photos in any way?
To preserve the artistic integrity of the work, clients should not edit or alter photos without prior written consent from Kwaak Photography.
Will you use my photos for promotional purposes?
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I may select a small number of images from our session for use on my website, social media, or other promotional materials. I deeply respect your privacy, and we can always discuss any preferences before signing the Photography Agreement, which includes a standard model release.
What if I have specific privacy concerns or restrictions regarding the use of my photos?
Please discuss any privacy concerns before the session. Kwaak Photography will accommodate reasonable privacy requests in writing.
How long will you keep the photos in your archives?
Photos are retained in our archives until a deletion request is made. Clients may request data deletion at any time by contacting us via email.
What if I lose or accidentally delete my digital copies of the photos?
Contact us as soon as possible. While we do maintain archives, we recommend clients back up their digital copies promptly after delivery.
Can I purchase the full rights to the photos?
Full rights licensing is available for purchase. Please contact us to discuss pricing and terms for full copyright transfer.
